Location:  10 Mile Lake is a natural clear-water lake. Just 12 minutes away, by car, are beautiful sandy beaches, the Atlantic Ocean and the picturesque town of Liverpool, population 4,500.

The Development:  This is the only development on this lake and all of the lots are fully accessible. Access roads and main hydro lines are in place; all lots have building & septic system approval; 21 lots have direct water access. The lots face South East to South West, the first house is already built and available for viewing.
